In Lyve-SET v1.1.4f, one user got an error I could not replicate.

set_findPhages.pl: main::phast: ERROR with blastx: Inappropriate ioctl for device at /scicomp/groups/OID/NCEZID/DFWED/EDLB/share/bin/lyve-SET-v1.1.4f/scripts/set_findPhages.pl

I should probably add a check for the existence of the reference fasta file, the existence of the split fasta files, and the integrity of the fasta database.
