validateRequest session.fresh not mentioned in new docs

Migrating from lucia, but old examples used session.fresh in validateRequest function

I believe fresh is what lucia managed internally, now we need to do this ourselves but it is not mentioned anywhere

I'd say this went into the new middleware implementation, no? https://lucia-auth.com/sessions/cookies/nextjs There we extend (refresh) the cookie on every GET request.

@pilcrowonpaper please correct me if I am wrong.
