Create a logo image at it
Describe correctly the platform
Update now's commands to scale down and up
Add a contributors section

1 - Simple as

2 - Well.. that's just describe the goal of it, maybe we can do that together

3 - That's now actually related to the documentation but to the CI/deplyoment process
