show only app, no all windows

the main thing I miss in MissionControl is to include hidden and minimized apps/windows
and sure using same shortcuts when switching the computer is nice
so at first thank you for AltTab and lucky me, I found it :-)

AltTab always shows all singe windows so it' quite a lot in my case and I need to scroll down to see all apps

the option to show only one image per app would be nice
to be honest i'd also prefer the style / alignment of MissionControl

Describe alternatives you've considered
take over apple and allow deleoper tho change buil-in features instead of the need of creating new apps all the time just because small things are missing or got removed
