First, thanks for releasing this - the Microsoft code is rather tedious in my mind too.

Next, do you plan on upgrading this to .NET 5.0 - this should yield even more performance just based on the upgrade itself.
Is there any javascript-code that goes along with this? I am currently building an upload form with a few input fields (email, name) and need to bind this as well.
