Markdown scroll position resetting #29

In the markdown editor, saving the file will reset the scroll position of the preview window - making it very difficult to use. At minimum, the preview window should stay in the same position when updating.

Ideally, the preview window would be mapped to the position in the markdown, but I'm not sure if that is possible without source mapping?

Even better would be if the preview updated on the fly with each keypress. :)

Occurs in WE 2015.0 CTP6 (0.3.47)
