2-xslt-transform-mediator

1. Upload transform.xslt file into the "gov:/transform.xslt"
2. Add xslt_transform_proxy.xml into the proxy service
3. Evoke the service with the following payload with url "https://localhost:8243/services/xslt_trasform_proxy"

In case of SSL error while using curl, use -k option with curl command
