LOTW upload problems

I have just notices that cloudlog has not been uploading my qso's from the last few months. I have a few error logs from lotw that look like this...

All of them have a different call sign. I am not sure what has changed.
Any help would be welcomed

Reading the error report gives you an idea to what's happening

One of the Station Profiles has a County set wrong, I've actually hidden this as of today as it's become a burden for now

That said that happened 6 days ago so might narrow down the profile checked else check SQL and make sure station_cnty fields all empty

Ok so I have dug around SQL some I have found that the COL_CNTY is Null. Is that what would be causing the problems?

I only have one station profile set up. Would reuploading my lotw cert help?
