I suggest the possibility of having the "pomo" help event in the "Technical Info" news feed to have a clearer and more audible notification when you are motivated.
the idea would be to have a notification similar to the one that appears and disappears very quickly at the top right of the screen when help is needed.
I don't know if it's feasible but I figured it must be pretty close to the new message event.
