Implement Firebase Deploy

• Run firebase deploy command
• Use NX linter for lining project - don't use firebase generated linter or don't add the files in (instead rely on it) #8
• Run linting before deploy #9
• Test everything to make sure it works #10

Firebase uses pre-deploy hooks to run linting and deploying, meaning we can provide our own custom way of lining and building the project; we just need to ensure firebase knows where to find the build artifacts
