I hadn't used this plugin before, it looks cool! Thanks for opening the issue @Schamper! 🚀

It seems installing the plugin requires only copying the https://raw.githubusercontent.com/patois/xray/10fda7eaa330e6c3450643c5b3829cdf759c8b20/xray.py file to the IDA plugins directory. I have updated the URL (and the hash) in the issue and triggered our bot so that it sends a PR with the package. After the PR is merged, you can install the package using FLARE-VM installer or with choco install ida.plugin.xray.vm. 😄
