Describe the bug
Found during manual testing #38633 - but present in v6.11 as well

Muon analysis tab plot allows user to specify XMin > XMax

To Reproduce
0) Make sure data archive search enabled in Manage User Directories
(1) Interfaces > Muon > Muon Analysis
(2) Set instrument to MUSR
(3) Load run 62260 (enter run number and press enter) as in MUSR TF Test
(4) Set X Min = 30 (below plot on RHS)

Image

It flips the x-axis which is slightly unexpected (don't typically do this in other UIs in Mantid)!

Also affects Frequency Domain Analysis UI and possibly others.

Expected behavior
Would reset value of X Min or set to limit of data (default)
