Add option 'None' to U8G display selector

"when I select the "U8G" option I can select I2C and SPI constructors. I wonder if it saved memory if one could choose NOT to include the I2C (or SPI) variant. Say I use SPI for display exclusively so if I could I would select --NONE-- as the I2C U8G display."
