rsync setup for SEUS dashboard

The 7Day means for SEUS have now been created and are here:
/srv/imars-objects/tpa_pgs/rois/seus/MEAN_7D_MODA/OC (...and /SST4)

These need to be rsynced to dune for ERDDAP ingest.

I think this happens via your cron at root level.

There are two directories on dune for these files on dune:
/mnt/sdb/moda_oc_7d_seus
/mnt/sdb/moda_sst4_7d_seus

The OC seems to be working for the SEUS dash. However, the SST4 files never made it onto dune. This directory is empty:
dune: /mnt/sdb/moda_sst4_7d_seus

leaving open until confirmed working after next cron run

This seems to be working, although the dataset does not show up in ERDDAP yet.
