nerrs_data qc not applied #79

QC was not applied to current data b/c older version of nerrs_data module was being used. Example:

Fix is implemented in nerrs_data module, but needs to be re-run.

DAGs re-run for that week using airflow here.

Re-running didn't clear out the old points (as expected).

docker compose down && docker compose up to reset everything. Will check back later.
