Screenshot tool is hidden when screen square touch the button border.

It is easy, as you can see in the next pic, when the screen shot square touch the button border, and maybe with the right border too, the toolbar is not visible or reachable, because it is still located upside to the square; i think it is better if the toolbar is relocated dynamically border location based on.
