Remove advertising code

contentscript.js only contains code to add ad into pages, it should be removed.

It seems that the code there is for supporting the original project owner. As long as one doesn't have Other Settings > Assorted Setting > Enable Ads enabled, I think the code won't execute.

In order to remove the marketing frame injection, the options.js is needed to be modified as well.
