Text-field (outlined box with leading icon [dir="rtl"]) label shake animation broken

What browser(s) is this bug affecting?

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

1. Head to demo site: https://material-components-web.appspot.com/text-field.html
2. Scroll to: Text Field - Leading/Trailing icons
3. Check boxes RTL and Required and must be at least 8 characters
4. Select the 3rd box from the top (outlined box w/ leading icon) and type in < 8 chars
5. blur from text field

What is the expected behavior?

Animation should not collide with outline

What is the actual behavior?

Label Shake is moving too far to the left.
