fix(tabs): Remove deprecated package mdc-tabs

Deprecating mdc-tabs. mdc-tabs, mdc-tab-bar, mdc-tab-scroller, and mdc-tab-indicator are used in its place.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove mdc-tabs package.
