Country unknown while getting hit from mobile

Hi,
Country is showing unknown while hit coming from iOS and android. IP is always showing 192.168.xx.xx . but in case of web we are getting country us with same IP. i already activated geoip2 php as given in link https://matomo.org/docs/geo-locate and also change in config according to #11563 (comment). but not getting country

The IP 192.168.X.X is a local IP. Maybe your Matomo is behind a proxy or so? Then check out https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-install/faq_98/

@ashi2445 If Matomo has no way to detect the country via Geolocation (as in this case) it tries to guess the country via the browser language (English -> USA).
