Description

Plugin driven menus don't stay open when hover leaves.
This needs to be fixed on the Mattermost webapp.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the "sparkles" ai button on a post
  2. move cursor away from menu

Expected:
Post menu stays open like if you do it with the three dots menu or any of the other menus

Actual:
Post menu closes.
