For logical operators, I added them directly under javascript.operators.*
I think the javascript.operators.arithmetic.* grouping is not needed. People would need to know about these groups when they want to retrieve all operators.

As part of mdn/stumptown-content#411 we want to split the Arithmetic operators page (https://wiki.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Operators/Arithmetic_Operators) into separate pages, one for each operator.
