Because this was dropped from Chrome in version 59 in 2017, and the last version the other engine that supported it (legacy Edge) was released in October 2018, this seems to meet the criterion in https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/blob/master/docs/data-guidelines.md#removal-of-irrelevant-features of “a feature was implemented and has since been removed from all browsers dating back two or more years ago”

I'll open an mdn/content PR that deletes the sparingly existing content, too.
