Fold the dictionary pages at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/XRWebGLLayerInit into the constructor page at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/XRWebGLLayer/XRWebGLLayer

Will remove BCD for XRWebGLLayerInit, too.
