Remove api.Text.isElementContentWhitespace

This PR removes the deprecated, non-standard isElementContentWhitespace feature of the Text API from MDN, to follow along with its removal in BCD (see mdn/browser-compat-data#11859). This feature was only supported in early Firefox releases (that is, up until Firefox 10), and has no support in any other browsers.
