Have a version of Wirer::Service as a mixin

there are some convenient methods in Wirer::Service, but for whatever reason you need to have it as a base class, but it could just as easily be a mixin.

so...

Class MyService < Wirer::Service
end

# vs 

Class MyService
  include Wirer::Wireable # mimicking the Kernel method `wireable`
end
