It would be great to be able to use the db version in a notebook on PAWS. I don't know if it's just a question of finding the right settings, but at least the example from https://pythonhosted.org/mwreverts/db.html#mwreverts.db.check doesn't work out of the box (even if one changes "import mwreverts.api" to "import mwreverts.db". See example notebook). Does that "schema" thing work with the databases on PAWS too or does it (or mwdb in general) need to be modified?

(For the record: On March 9, @halfak already spent some time looking into this; I understand that it should work in principle, but that there doesn't seem to be a trivial fix for it.)
