Test if SecHub works with Java 16.

Tried it with AdoptOpenJDK 16 Hotspot. Build failure:

Could not open settings generic class cache for settings file '/user/sechub/settings.gradle' (/user/.gradle/caches/6.9/scripts/2nvsf65n6lje61vw61ev2vjc1).
> BUG! exception in phase 'semantic analysis' in source unit '_BuildScript_' Unsupported class file major version 60

For more details see: gradle/gradle#13481

Gradle 7.0 is required to be able to support Java 16. Test it again after #495 is closed.

Can be closed as Java 17 is already released and Java 17 is a long term support version.
