- Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form" at https://travel.eplf.gov.ie/en at most 72 hours before arrival.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years. 2.Passengers entering or transiting through Ireland (Rep.) must have:
- a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 6 months before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac. - This does not apply to passengers who are 11 years or younger.
- Residence permits issued by Ireland (Rep.) which have expired on or after 20 March 2020 are considered valid until 31 May 2022.
