Combine
self.tomasysandself.ontovariables into a singleself.tomasysvariable. As mentioned in #162, it didn't make a difference having 2 separate variables, and it made the code more confusing.Add
with self.ontology_lockto more operations to try to address #165. It didn't solve it, and I am not sure if it made much difference. The proper solution would require more time and addressing #157 #158 and #164. However, I can't spend more time on it right now.
