Blocking this domain broke checking for Windows Updates on Windows 10 for me.

On another note(by checking the commits here) it looks like the list is pretty much abandoned(last commit 2016 🤔)
Is there even a point to open a issues here,nevertheless expecting to get resolved,i wonder?

Yes, I had to whitelist.
If this list is upstream from ultimate.hosts.blacklist, we should definitely remove it- agreed that it looks abandoned.
