Problem

The plugin relies on a large number of external command line tools, but operates on assumptions they're there ready to use, causing in certain situations late failures.

Suggestion

Implement dependency checker that can smartly recognized features used in the configured provisioning process and check presence of all required dependencies (like sfdisk) before it even starts downloading.
