Some squad members made the following statements via Slack, about the screenshot below (arrows added here):

[...] in terms of design, I wonder if we should maybe use a different color (NMDC orange ?) for the "NEW" button and the loop icon on the right [...]

I do think using blue for the heading text makes the button stand out less than it used to. [...]

For example, on some of Apple's websites, they use an encircled "plus sign" icon [for the button] (instead of showing text) when they have a button next to a header.
