MMA Extension Is Not Provisioned Correctly and Running Troubleshooting Tool Doesn't Help #182

I ran SQL best practices assessment for SQL virtual machine and got this failure:

Then I went through these troubleshooting steps and everything looks fine:

Next, I followed these steps and chose "The agent extension deployment is failing" scenario:

And I got this log:

Then I ran the SQL best practices assessment again but still got the same error. Can you please help me to solve this problem? Many thanks!
