Previous projects we have used https://guacamole.apache.org/ and have an extension available on internal repos. It works well. Need to verify display fidelity meets requirements. Happy to walk through the code.

Windows Virtual Desktop does not meet the Linux requirement, requires Azure AD domain services, amongst other things.

Know some people looked at https://github.com/cedrozor/myrtille as an option too, but ended up with Guacamole.
