Describe the bug

useWebChatAPIContext should be typed out so its caller has good typing to use, e.g. useCreateActivityStatusRenderer.

This is raised in PR #4362. When I try to type it out, it breaks a few places. So, I am scoping it as another issue so we don't submit a huge code chunk at once.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
