Review and remove deprecated APIs

Start by looking at all the APIs that are marked as deprecated and put together a plan. Link specific issues to this epic.

Goals

• Audit all the APIs that are marked with the @deprecated tag
• Check the APIs usage in the following repositories:
  • https://github.com/microsoft/FluidFramework
  • https://github.com/microsoft/FluidExamples
  • Partner Repos
• Remove/Refactor the APIs

Proposed methodology

There are a bunch to deprecated APIs used in Fluid Framework repository and others used in both Fluid Framework and partner repositories. The plan is to start with replacing and deleting the APIs used only in Fluid Framework repository and later on start making changes to the APIs used by partner teams. Some of the APIs have considerable usage by partner teams and will require more investigation and planning to fully remove. These are captured in the categories below.
