ISSUE TITLE:
EXOInboundConnector - Enhancement for missing attributes

ISSUE DESCRIPTION (this template):
The DSC Res EXOInboundConnector is missing some attributes / parameters compared to the PS cmdlet New-InboundConnector
such as EFSkipLastIP, EFUsers, EFSkipIPs

These parameters are not for MS internal use, so they should be made available.

Version of the DSC module that was used ('dev' if using current dev branch)

1.22.420.1

Just added EFSkipIPs, EFSkipLastIP and EFUsers in PR linked above.
