Description of the new feature / enhancement

In addition to being able to set custom sizes and naming conventions (in admin mode), add the ability to set a few custom quality/file-size options. Example attached.

PowerToys have made my life so much easier, THANK YOU for all the work you all do! You have no idea of the joy I had in discovering MS PowerToys, especially because I don't worry about the tools embedding hacker script.

Scenario when this would be used?

I work with both high res and low res image requirements. When I don't need a high res, large file-size image, the quality option in the resizer tool is one option, but I have to open PowerToys from Admin to adjust that value. Online tools like tinypng.com may not be safe

Supporting information

Benefits: 1. files occupy less server space and pipe bandwidth every time someone views the image online. E.g., a blog image could occupy 250KB instead of 1.2MB. If more people would load smaller image files (because it's faster with PowerToys!) we would collectively use less energy in a server farm hundreds or thousands of times a day for each image with a smaller file size. 2. PowerToys utilities are safer than online free tools, reducing propagation of unwanted embedded scripts.

Thank you for the suggestion! We're glad you've found PowerToys to be useful and trustworthy for your workflows. We'll log this under our suggested enhancements milestone and link it to #1053 for consideration as we continue planning the Fluent UI refresh for this utility.
