0.45.0

Running as admin

Image Resizer

Steps to reproduce

Set scaling to 150 and open ImageResizer (first screenshot). Then reducing scaling to 125 without closing ImgaeResizer (second screenshot).

✔️ Expected Behavior

Seeing all controls.

❌ Actual Behavior

Controls are missing.

Good catch! I think we need to add a scrollviewer here.

I suggest to show at least 4 without having to scroll. I am not sure if we should add custom into the scroll view field.
