Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Version Dev
App version: 0.45.0
App name: PowerToys
Screen Reader: Narrator
Tool: Accessibility Insight for Windows
Repro Steps:
User Impact: -> Priority 2
Visual and Screen Reader user are impacted here as link purpose is convey by its name.
Note:
Same issue repro with ‘Remove’ dialog box.

✔️ Expected Behavior
There should be an accessible name for ‘Edit’ Dialog Box. And Screen Reader should announce when activated.
❌ Actual Behavior
There is no accessible name for Edit Dialog Box and Screen Reader announces the name ‘Combo-box’.
