PowerToy icon should be in the systray. 0.15 has three utilities build in, fancy zones, shortcut guide and power rename.

Fz you need to set a default layout via the editor (winkey+~), shortcut guide is hold winkey for 3 seconds or longer, power rename is built into the the right click menu for windows explorer.
