Utility with translation issue

Shortcut Guide

German

❌ Actual phrase(s)

Most of the shurtcut describion isnt translated into german.

german names of the shortcuts

ℹ Why is the current translation wrong

Is english and not german. the language of powertoys is set to german.

known issue with shortcut guide. will be corrected via #890
