Add PowerToy features to the Shortcut Guide

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Having access to the PowerToy features through this menu would remove the need to memorize a bunch of extra shortcuts, and that would make them inherently more useful. Alternatively or additionally, add the features to PowerToy Run.

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever a user wishes to use a PowerToy feature without needing to remember the shortcut keys combinations.
