Summary of the new feature/enhancement

It would be nice and useful to have a percentage setting in the image resizer. Having a custom option is nice, but calculating manually the size I should input in the boxes is a bit cumbersome.

Also having a bit more options (maybe in advanced settings, like the mockup in #1053) such as progressive rendering could be interesting. Squoosh for example has lots of options. I don't mind not having all of them obviously, not everybody uses it, but it could be useful! Also, Squoosh is open-source, so maybe there's a couple of things you could use from it, if the licence permits.

Hey @jakobbouchard . Image Resizer does have a percent resize option, it can be found by changing out Pixels to another unit:

Actually, I forgot that I also asked for other options, so I'll keep it open for the time being

Do you prefer me creating a new issue or do you want me explaining here?

I would do a new issues as it forces a reset versus someone reading the title / main body. it really helps clarity and triage
