Environment

Windows build number: [Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.720]
PowerToys version: Version v0.16.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug: FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable FancyZones
  2. Setup a zone
  3. Move Microsoft Teams desktop client to a zone (I'm on Teams R0 - 1.3.00.9266 (64-bit))
  4. Wait for someone to send you a message and see the toast notification

Expected behavior

Normally the toast notifications show in the far bottom right of your desktop no matter where the Teams window is positioned.

Actual behavior

However with FancyZones, the toast notifications from Teams shows up in the upper left corner of the zone you moved the window to.

This problem should be fixed by #2534
I can't test it since the Teams version I'm running uses Windows 10 toast notification and not in app notification (is there a way to change it?).

Fixed in 0.19.0, please visit https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/ for the latest release
