FancyZones Editor

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install PowerToys on Windows 11 running as a Microsoft 365 Cloud PC (8vCPU/32GB/256GB)
  2. Start PowerToys and configure "Always run as administrator" and "Run at startup"
  3. Enable FancyZones and click "Launch layout editor".

✔️ Expected Behavior

The FancyZones layout editor is launched

❌ Actual Behavior

A message box that says, "Please report the bug to https://aka.ms/powerToysReportBug" is displayed with an OK button.

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
