Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to have an option in this function that could disable it in full screen mode, like video games.

Scenario when this would be used?

It is very useful when we are playing video games to avoid problems with key combinations.

I was coming here to report this as well, or have some way of detecting if the user is inside a text box.

I was thinking my game was bugging out or I had a virus or something but the accent overlay popped up cluing me into what the issue was.

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
