Summary of the new feature/enhancement

functional corners of the screen as in "hot corners" in Mac OS

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

when hovering the cursor on one corner, execute WIN+TAB shortcut to quick and handy switch of desktop. when hovering cursor on another corner, show desktop, or start screensaver, or turn off the monitor. Some of these functions are already available on third-part apps, but would be great to see this function built inside power toys!
