Shortcut for change letter cases

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to suggest a shortcut for automatic change case of letters. It should work like how Quick Accent works. You need to highlight the text that you wanted to change the case (Sentence case > all uppercase letters, etc.) and hold or press a certain key on your keyboard to choose on what kinds of case you would like to set.

Scenario when this would be used?

It is tiring to type all your chats in all uppercase--when you accidentally press your Caps Lock key, turning what you all typed into uppercase letters--to lowercase letters. You need to open another app you know that converts cases (the case for me is opening Word, which takes a lot of time and effort).
